Annuals
Annuals provide a show of color but don’t last through the winter. We have a large selection of potted plants such as geraniums, spreading petunias, begonias, and dahlias. Bedding plants such as marigolds, petunias, and impatiens are generally sold in 4-packs. Foliage plants, including sweet potato vines and coleus generally don’t flower much but are used for their showy leaf colors.
Hanging Baskets
Already potted up, and carefully grown for many weeks to bring color to your sunny or shady spot. Ranging in size from a 10” standard basket to 20” coco baskets, we have a size and shape to fit almost every location. We also have many specialty baskets for a unique look.
Perennials & Grasses
The perennials that we offer are hardy for our area. They may go dormant over the winter but should regrow the following spring. We have plants for sun or shade, in large pots and small pots, for groundcover or climbing a trellis. Perennial grasses are available in many heights and add a nice texture to landscapes.
Mums & Fall Products
Our fall specialty is our large mums, grown here in a 10” pot. We also offer tri-color mums and other fall plants. A broad selection of pumpkins, gourds, squash and other fall decorative items round out the seasonal offerings.
Trees & Shrubs
Trees provide the backbone of your landscape, shade for your house, and a positive influence on your property value. Our typical inventory includes a wide range - from large shade trees to small ornamentals, from stately topiary to fruit trees. We strive to have a premium selection of shrubs as well. Some of our specialties are evergreens, hydrangeas, and roses, but we have many unique and lesser-known varieties too.
Succulents
If you think you don’t have a green thumb, then consider growing succulents. They need less water than most plants and are easy to grow. We have both hardy varieties (suitable for outdoor growing) and tender varieties (keep indoors, especially over winter). Put several varieties in any type of container and have an instant succulent garden. We carry unique succulent planters, a special potting mix, and moss and stones to top off your creation.
Fertilizer & Garden Products
You need proper care and nourishment and so do your plants (and your soil!). Fertilizers, soil amendments, insecticides, fungicides, animal repellents and more in both organic and conventional formulations.
Mulch, Soil, & Compost
We offer bagged mulch, potting soil, and other soil amendments such as peat, compost, sand, etc. We also make our own compost from local raw materials. This bulk compost is available by the cubic yard for you to haul or for delivery within 30 miles.
Gardening Accessories
Take your garden beyond just plants with the fun “extras".” Pick an empty container to suit your style - choose from wooden planters to large resin planters, brightly-colored metal pots to elegant cone hanging baskets. Then add the garden accents such as wind chimes, stone benches, or cedar lawn furniture. We also offer the necessary things such as hand tools, gloves, watering cans, ground cover fabric, trellises, and other gardening items.
Vegetables & Herbs
Planning a vegetable garden? We have starter plants for you! One entire greenhouse is devoted to edibles. We have over 60 varieties of tomatoes, many specialty peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, and much more. Then go beyond the basic vegetable garden with some of our common and not-so-common herb plants.
Fruit Plants
What’s more rewarding than growing your own fruit? Most of these small fruit varieties can be grown in even a small backyard or even in a container on your patio. Choose from blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, grapes, and even harder-to-find plants like currants, elderberries, or haskaps.
Seeds and More
We carry a full line of vegetable seeds as well as seed potatoes, onion sets, bareroot strawberry and asparagus plants. And don’t forget the flowers! We carry a wildflower mix, a sunflower mix, as well as a mix formulated for pollinators.
